These things are under $10, and you cannot expect it to last forever...or even for six months. That said, the ball is great in my opinion. It is somehow firm, but still soft. It has a comfortable rubber surface, and the shape and size feel comfortable in your hands. I gave it to someone at work, and he had difficulty putting it down. I highly recommend it. Unlike some people on here who expect this thing to last forever, I bought two of them at once, as I realize eventually the first one will break. Plan ahead, but if you are looking for a stress/exercise ball, this is the one to get.
